| ROYAL WINDSOR DRIVING GRAND PRIX 21 September 2007 The Royal Windsor Horse Show wish to adopt a new format for their Driving Trials competition. After discussion with the BHDTA, a new format has been agreed for 2008 and, hopefully, for the foreseeable future. Each year, Royal Windsor will issue a number of invitations to the BHDTA for the Horse Fours, Pony Fours and Horse Pairs classes. The BHDTA will nominate drivers who will compete. 2008 BHDTA will nominate entries for an enlarged Single Horse Class, which will now become an International CAI-B Class with invitations extended to foreign competitors. Horse and Pony Tandems may be invited in 2008. All competitors in these classes will be parked in the field beneath the railway bridge. 2009 The Royal Windsor Driving Committee have agreed the following in principle for 2009, but have not given a firm commitment. BHDTA will nominate entries for an enlarged Pony Pairs & Single Pony classes, which again will become CAI-B International classes. All these competitors will be required to park in the field beneath the railway bridge. The BHDTA selection procedure for Royal Windsor remains unchanged for 2008. BHDTA Competitions Committee
